Before coming to France, we were farmers in Sussex, UK producing Aberdeen Angus beef and arable crops. We also provided a village shop and butchery, specialising in local meat and award winning sausages. We moved to Epinac in Burgundy in 2013 and now run a bed and breakfast/gîte.
We discovered that there are many people in the surrounding area who enjoy English style meat products and ‘La Boucherie Anglaise’ was born!
Our sausages and chipolatas are in natural casings. They are made with local meat, wheat rusk and seasoning and are hand linked.
